We stayed in a cute Vrbo in Burlington that overlooked Lake Champlain. I tried to spend quality time looking for Champy but I did not see it...We walked all over Burlington and found our way down to the waterfront where we saw a stand for Champ's Creemies. Getting a maple creemie was on our list of must-do things in Burlington. This ice cream tasted like a stack of maple pancakes! We could have each had four but we stuck to one. We left the Vrbo in Burlington and headed out through New Hampshire toward Bar Harbor, Maine. We wanted to say that we did an activity in New Hampshire so we decided to drive to Franconia to hike Artist's Bluff with our PB&J sandwiches. We woke up soooooooooo early and drove to a ranger station in the pitch black darkness with Bigfoot and his friends to buy an Acadia NP pass from the automated machine. We then headed up to see the sunrise at Cadillac Mountain. We had to get a reserved spot online in order to see the sunrise but we were so glad we got to see it since it was our actual anniversary.
